Center of Excellence for Corporate and Commercial Law
- The Center for Excellence for Corporate and Commercial Laws was established on 01 January, 2019, with an objective to provide comprehensive and holistic knowledge (theoretical and practical) of laws governing core courses of corporate and commercial areas such as Company Law, Law of Securities and Investment, Corporate Governance and Business Ethics, Mergers and Acquisitions, Banking and Insurance Law, Law and Economics, Law of Carriage, Transportation and Insurance, and related issues.
- The Centre for Excellence in Corporate Law is established to spread awareness of various corporate and commercial laws to the present generations to put into practice during their day to-day operations.
- This Centre is a place of learning for students of law, management and researchers to strengthen the foundation of the corporate world through their research activities like analysis of financial structure of economy, make critical evaluations and erase the grey areas of law and practice in the arena of corporate law.
